1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services at Malik Advertising, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Advertising Policies

All advertisements are subject to approval by the respective newspaper publications. Publishers reserve the right to reject, omit, or suspend any advertisement without assigning any reason. Malik Advertising acts solely as a booking agency and shall not be held responsible for any legal liability arising from the content of the advertisements published.

3. Payment and Cancellations

Full payment must be made prior to the release of the advertisement. Cancellation policies vary strictly according to the rules of the specific newspaper. Generally, ads cannot be cancelled or altered on the day prior to publication.

4. Gazette Services

For Gazette Notification services, we rely on the Department of Publication (Govt. of India). While we ensure absolute accuracy in application filing, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by government processing times or rejection due to discrepancies in documents originally provided by the client.
